Windsor Park

a Community of Acre+ homesites

in Chesterfield County

This popular PUD features about 360 properties with all different shapes, styles, and price ranges of homes on mostly wooded lots that are anywhere from 1 acre to 6 acres. Some front on the small lake. Prices range from around $195,000 to over $400,000. There is a nice mix of colonial, traditional, transitional, and contemporary homes.  Being a PUD means monthly association dues of $60.00 per home. Dues cover maintenance of the bike trails, parks, playgrounds, tennis courts, pool membership, management fees, and beautification of the landscaped entrances to the neighborhood.  When you buy a property in this PUD, you receive documents detailing the covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs) from the community association. The association also inspects the property to make sure that it conforms to the CC&Rs. These CC&R's are truly developed to protect property values and are not meant to do anything else!

Chesterfield County Schools serve Windsor Park.  Area businesses and organizations support all of the schools' activities with volunteers, time, and money.  Your K - 5 children will go to  GRANGE HALL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. Computer education begins in the kindergarten classroom. All children then attend BAILEY BRIDGE MIDDLE SCHOOL for 6th - 8th grades, and on to the brand new in 2002 MATOACA HIGH SCHOOL for 9th - 12th grades. All of these schools have enjoyed strong PTA relationships. These schools rank in the top of the county, the top of the Richmond Tri-City area, and in the top 5% of Virginia as well. Private schools are available and are of excellent quality. Some of them are supported by church affiliations.
