Charlotte has over 17 years experience in new and resale homes in the Midlothian area and Powhatan County.  She worked with Lind & Associates for 12 of those years as assistant to her Broker, JoAnn Lind, who just happened to be her mother-in-law!   

       Charlotte wears 4 hats at GAYLE & COMPANY  - Office Manager, Assistant to the Broker, Rental Manager, and she does listing and selling on a referral basis.

       Charlotte and her husband, Bobby, have lived in the Moseley area for about 27 years.
